Short Bio
Eirwyn Zhang is an investment operator, systems architect, and selective capital partner specializing in the programmatic downside insulation, automation, and yield optimization of high-value physical assets and resilient infrastructure. He began his career building simulation pipelines for Scuderia Ferrari and core engine architecture for Epic Games and Unity, culminating in the strategic acquisition of his proprietary spatial-computing software assets by Chengdu Landmark in 2020. Over the following four years, he translated this computational pedigree to convert manual spatial and land development workflows into automated spatial computing pipelines and licensable intellectual property. Currently developing a stealth physical AI venture within the Harvard Business School Foundry, Eirwyn is a co-author of the MIT Dual-Use Horizon Report and spearheads world-model research for autonomous industrial machinery.

Strategic Philosophy
"Governance is a fundamental design parameter.
Failure to embed it directly into core engineering and strategic decisions from day one is a massive, costly mistake by design."
